IPTV Subscription Questions Before You Pay
How many devices can I use on each plan?
The Solo plan streams on 1 device, the Duo plan on 2 devices, and the Family plan on up to 4 devices at the same time. You can install the app on more devices than that; the limit is how many play at once. If the living room TV, a bedroom TV, and a phone are all watching on game night, pick Family.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, cryptocurrency such as Bitcoin, and MoneyGram. When you order on WhatsApp or by email, our team confirms the price and sends you the payment details.
How fast is my IPTV subscription activated?
Usually within a few minutes after your payment is confirmed. You receive your login details and setup instructions on WhatsApp, and our team can walk you through the setup on your device.
Is there a contract or automatic renewal?
No. Each plan is a one-time payment for the period you choose: 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. Nothing renews on its own. When your plan ends, you decide whether to renew.
