Refund & Return Policy

1. Test Before You Buy

Every customer can request a free trial on WhatsApp before paying, with no credit card required. We strongly recommend testing the service on your own devices and internet connection first, because that is the best way to know it fits your needs.

2. 7-Day Refund Guarantee

Your first subscription is covered by a 7-day refund guarantee, starting on the date of purchase. You are entitled to a full refund within these 7 days if:

• Your subscription was not activated, or you did not receive your login details.
• You experience a technical problem on our side, such as server outages or channels that do not load, and our support team cannot resolve it.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

3. Contact Support First

Most issues are fixed within minutes. Before requesting a refund for a technical problem, contact our support team on WhatsApp or by email and give us the chance to fix it.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

• Requests made more than 7 days after the date of purchase.
• Subscription renewals.
• Issues caused by your internet connection, device, or internet service provider.
• Setup errors on the customer's side, or a change of mind after using the service.
• Accounts suspended for violating our Terms and Conditions, such as sharing your account beyond the devices included in your plan.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@proiptvservices.com or message us on WhatsApp at +1 (902) 703-6354 with your order details and a short description of the problem. We reply within 24 hours.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days, using the same payment method you used to pay. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded at the US dollar value of your original payment.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card provider. A chargeback filed without contacting us first will cancel your refund eligibility under this policy and your subscription.
